The South Korean mobile maker LG has come to lure Korean people by offering something new and stylish in the smartphone segment. And then, it has brought a new handset, dubbed AKA. Neither the price for this handset is known yet, nor the availability details. The handset will be going to sell in other market later via all three telecom carriers.
Its four different cover cases seem to design for youth. All get the name Eggy (Yellow), Wookie (White), Soul (Blue) and YoYo (Pink). All cases are showing different moods with different shaped eyes on the display side. Each case covers the half part of display and shows the animated eyes on the uncovered section which shows battery status and notification details.
Featuring 5-inch IPS HD display, this device offers 720x1280 pixels resolution. Other specifications include a quad-core processor which is clocked at 1.2GHz to offer fast performance. A 1.5GB of RAM is carved inside the handset to make multitasking smooth.
LG AKA runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and gives the impressive software experience. On the imaging front, its 8-megapixel sensor gives camera capability to rear panel. On the front end, a 2.1-megapixel front shooter houses to bless with selfie experience. On the storage side, you can see 16GB inbuilt storage with option of microSD card slot for expandable storage.
For connectivity purpose, it has 4G LTE, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS and AGPS options. It is fueled by 2610mAh battery to offer long hours of juice to the smartphone. With 138.7x71.9x9.9mm dimension and 135.5 grams weight, this is efficient enough to slip in the pocket and hold in hand.
