LG X300: A Mid-Range Smartphone With Android Nougat Launched

The renowned global smartphone maker, LG, has extended its mobile portfolio by launching a new mid-range smartphone that has been named X300. The LG X300 operates on Android 7.0 Nougat and comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera. This latest smartphone by LG has been introduced in the South Korean market and is valued at KRW 253,000 (Approx. Rs. 14,800). The handset has been made accessible in Silver and Dark Blue color variations. Recently, LG at CES 2017 had displayed a lot of modern technology, including the very thin OLED TV, the Hub Robot, and its Gram 14 laptop. There is no word on when the smartphone will launch in international markets.

The LG X300 sports a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) In-Cell Touch IPS bended glass display and is fueled by the 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC matched with Adreno 308 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The device offers 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card. The unique fingerprint sensor is arranged at the back, underneath the camera. The Android 7.0 Nougat running gadget has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and at the front, the LG X300 sports a 5-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls. Other camera components that are included in the handset are Auto Shot, Gesture Shot, and numerous other shooting modes.

The gadget has a fine-ribbed back cover for better grip, and the 3.5mm sound jack is located at the base. The LG X300 sports a 2500mAh battery, and connectivity alternatives incorporate 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, and NFC. The smartphone's dimensions are at 144.8x72.1x8.09mm, and it weighs 142 grams.
