After the unveiling of Mi Mix 2S in March this year now the Chinese smartphone manufacturer company has launched the Mi MIX 2S Art Special Edition particularly in the China market in collaboration with the British Museum. The Mi Mix 2S Art Special Edition has been priced at CNY 4,299 roughly Rs 45,300). The company reported that Art Special Edition will be available in limited quantities via flash sale, starts from 10th of May.
As the name suggests, the new Mi Mix 2S Art edition is bundled with the painting of women, consists of a dish plate which was used in the ancient 1500s, describing the contribution of British Museum.

The Mi MIX 2S Art Edition is designed beautifully and it is totally different from the standard variant in terms of design and looks. The Mi MIX 2S Art Edition will be shipped with a beautifully designed box, a distinctive designed back panel with laser engraving pays tribute to art and science. A customized rear panel cover and literature describing the collaboration of the British Museum. The Mi Mix 2S Art Edition comes with the brand logo of ‘The British Museum’ which is positioned just below the fingerprint scanner on the rear panel.
The Mi MIx 2S Art Special edition shares all the specifications with the standard variant of Mi Mix 2S. To recall, the Mi Mix 2S bears a 5.99-inch LCD display along with 18:9 aspect ratio and having the screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It is embedded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC processor along with Adreno 630 GPU, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage. It runs on Android Oreo Operating System, based on MIUI 9.5.
In terms of optics, Mi Mix 2S sport dual 12MP rear cameras. Out of them, one features an aperture of f/1.8, wide-angle lens, and four-axis Optical Image Optimization (OIS) and the other comes with an aperture of f/2.4 and telephoto lens. For the selfie snapper, the smartphone sport a 5-megapixel front-facing camera offering HDR and Face Unlock Recognition Feature. The smartphone is equipped with AI-based recognition features.

The connectivity options in the Mi Mix 2S are e WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and 4G LTE, USB Type-C port for normal charging. Under the hood, it is fueled by a 3,400mAh battery along with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology and Qi standard-based wireless charging.
