Micromax has recently launched BOLT A28 in the series of budget Smartphones. Buyers can buy this phone online at nominal price of Rs.3674. The Company has not revealed the price for this phone for Indian market yet but it is expected soon to be disclosed.
Recently this phone is displayed on the popular e-commerce websites without its pricing with a promise of delivery within 3 working days.
We have discussed enough about its economical side now it’s time to have a glance at its technical aspect; it works on the latest android 2.3 gingerbread. Micromax has provided 2 slots for SIM both slots supports GSM & dual standby. It displays a 3.5 inch screen with a resolution of 320*480 pixels. The new bolt is mechanized by 1GHz Cortex A5 processor (unspecified chipset) accompanied with a Mali 300 GPU and 1GB of RAM.
BOLT A28 features dual camera both with a capacity of 0.3 megapixels the back side camera consists of LED Flash.
BOLT A28 provides buyers 512MB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable up to 32GB by applying a microSD card. As per one of the e-commerce website claims that it delivers up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 260 hours of standby time with a 1500mAh battery.
Other devices can be connected to Bolt A28 by Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, GPS/ AGPS and Micro-USB. The Bolt A28 does not support 3G networks. It measures 116.9x62.5x12.5mm and weighs about 89 grams.
