Moto E5 Plus Launched: Price, Specifications and More

As expected, the Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched Moto E5 Plus today i.e., 10th July in the Indian market. The launch event is scheduled to be conducted in New Delhi at 2:30 pm IST.

It is anticipated that the company will offer the Moto E5 Plus in four color options include Black, Flash Grey, Mineral Blue, and Fine Gold. The detailed information regarding the Moto E5 Plus such as price, availability and launch offers of the smartphone would be announced by the company at the launch event.

We are anticipating that the Moto E5 Plus will come with similar specifications as the global variant.

Motorola fans can see the live streaming of Moto E5 Plus on YouTube. To watch the live streaming of E5 Plus, fans will have to tap on the play button on YouTube at the scheduled time i.e., 2:30 pm.

To recall, the smartphone was introduced earlier in April with the Moto E5 Play and Moto E5. Previously, it has been confirmed by the Motorola in a teaser that the smartphone will be available for purchase on Moto Hub and Amazon.com.

Globally, the Moto E5 Plus is retailing at a price tag of 169 euros which roughly translates to Rs 13,000 in India. The Motorola, although, is likely to introduce the smartphone at a lower price in the country or available the phone along with a simple payment choice, schemes, and discounts from telecom companies.

Moto E5 Plus Specifications

The Moto E5 Plus comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, which is able to generate 1.5-day backup along with a single time charge setup. The battery is attached along with a 15W TurboPower charger which is able to deliver back-up of up to six hours with only 15-minutes charging. The smartphone, although, is again using the micro USB port.

Moto E5 Plus is equipped with a full HD+ and a 6-inch display unit. It takes 3GB of RAM, Qualcomm 425 processor, Android 8.0 Oreo, 32GB of internal storage, and a 256GB extendible support using microSD card.

The Moto E5 Plus has a PDAF, LED flash, 8-megapixel camera along with f2.2, 1.12um of big pixels resolution, selfie flash/light and laser autofocus, 12-megapixel rear camera along with f2.0, 1.25um of big pixels resolution.

The features list also includes a fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Moto Actions based on gesture shortcuts and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The above-mentioned features are penetrated in US-specific model. The company can revise some features and replace them as well to make the India-spec smartphone.
