Oppo A1k is around the rumors from a few weeks, as last week it was launched in Russia and now it has been introduced in India as well. In this month, the company has launched two smartphones in the country, first is the Oppo A5s, which was launched at the beginning of the month and second is the Oppo A1k. The new smartphone comes under the Oppo A-series flagship. The device comes with a metallic texture finish at the rear and a dewdrop style notch on the display. Apart from this, the smartphone has a long life battery because of the 4,000mAh battery capacity.
Specifications
In terms of the specs, the Oppo A1k comes with a 6.1-inch LCD display with a dewdrop notch, an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, and screen to body ratio of 87.43 percent. For protection, the company has provided the smartphone with a Corning Gorilla Glass but the version has not yet been disclosed. The Oppo A1k gets the power from the MediaTek Helio P22 (MT 6762) SoC which is mated with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which can further be expanded through a microSD card slot.
Features
In terms of the features, the Oppo A1k runs ColorOS 6.0 based Android 9.0 Pie. ColorOS includes features such as Gesture Navigation, OPPO Cloud Service, and Smart Assistant. The smartphone comes with a capacity of 4,000mAh battery along with a 10W charger and the company claims that the smartphone can run up to 17 hours as per the daily usage.
The dual-SIM Oppo A1k weighs 170 grams along with dimensions 154.5 x 73.8 x 84 mm. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone includes 4G VoLTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and Micro-USB. The company has also added Smart Driving features in the smartphone such as Riding Mode and Driving Mode.
Optics
In the imaging department, the Oppo A1k carries a single 8-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. At the front, the smartphone carries a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture in the dew-drop notch for selfies and video calling.

Price
The company has priced the Oppo A1k at Rs 8,490 in the country for the solo 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage variant. The price in India competitive if compared with Russia.
Availability
The Oppo A1k comes in two color options i.e Black and Red. The smartphone is already on sale from 30th April which can be grabbed from Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Amazon, Tata CLiQ, Snapdeal, and offline stores.
Launch Offers
The Chinese manufacturer has not yet revealed any details about the launch offers of the smartphone.
