Another Chinese smartphone maker is looking to India with hopes seeing the good opportunity to grow its business. The Company is Phicomm which has been got to know that people in India are looking for budget devices with 4G connectivity. Hence, the Chinese mobile maker brought its handset Energy 653 with 4G network connectivity at just Rs. 4,999.
This smartphone is being sold through Amazon India. Phicomm Energy 653 supports 1800MHz (Band 30) and 2300MHz (Band 40) LTE bands for 4G connectivity. This handset though cost very low, but company has not made any compromise on specification side. It has Android 5.1 Lollipop OS which comes up with Expect 5.0 UI topping. 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD IPS display is just outstanding. The design of the device is also adorable enough with textured rear panel.
It is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor which is complimented by 1GB RAM for incredible performance with seamless multitasking experience. It has 8GB inbuilt storage option which is expandable upto 64GB using microSD card. It bears an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and also has a 2-megapixel front snapper for selfie addicts.
Phicomm Energy 653 is fueled by a 2300mAh battery and has number of connectivity options including 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth apart from 4G. Usershave two options to pick the color – White and Black.
