As Company said, these smartphone devices suddenly started to face short battery life and needed to be charged very quickly. Those devices which are going through this issue were sold during September 2012 to January 2013.
So, Company had decided to relief their customers with happiness and planned this initiative program. One more thing of this program may bring big smile on customers’ faces which is a free battery replacement being offered by the Cupertino giant. People can check that their devices are affected with the same or not by visiting the Apple’s Support page. In this page, there is a serial number checker to put devices’ serial number in it to check the affected one to begin the replacement process.
Customers of United States or China can get the benefit of this replacement program right now while other countries will have to wait for this. It is expected that Apple will bring this program to other countries on August 29.
