Samsung has announced the Galaxy Note 8 grand unveiling on August 23. Apart from the launch, the handset has been subjected several leaks and rumors. Some rumors hint it will have the fingerprint scanner on the front as well as the Dual camera on the rear, while other leaks suggest Qualcomm\'s latest Snapdragon 835, along with eight different color option. These all are rumors and should be taken with a pinch of salt until Samsung confirms them. It is confirmed that the smartphone will be bigger than the current Galaxy S flagship models, featuring a similar design but with the S Pen Stylus. The South Korean Smartphone maker has announced via its media invite for the launch of Note 8. Samsung will be hosting the launch on August 23, followed by sale starting from first half of the September.
Interestingly there is some contradictory information about the Dual camera setup that would sit on the rear panel of the device. While in the video teaser reveals it, but, the Samsung has not indicated that the smartphone will be bigger than the current Galaxy S flagship models, featuring a similar design but with the giant screen and S Pen stylus.

The company captioned, ‘Do bigger Things’, the video as “Starting August 23, 2017. This indicates that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is Going to be a large phone. Moving on to Rumours which hinted that the Galaxy Note 8 could be bigger than even Galaxy S8+, which was launched earlier this month. Some rumors hinted that Galaxy Note 8 will pack a 6.3-inch QHD+ display with 1080×2220 pixels resolution. The AnTuTu listing suggests that the dual camera setup on the handset will consist of 12MP and 8MP sensors.
The Galaxy Note 8 has also been sported AnTuTu and GFXBench, and as per the listing, the device will run Android 7.1.1. The smartphone runs Qualcomm\'s latest Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at 2.3GHz along with powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos 8995 SoC. The Handset will come with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage, which can be further expandable via microSD card.

Past report suggests that the upcoming Note 8 may come with “a wide-angle lens with f/1.7 aperture and dual-pixel autofocus while the other one is the telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture and 2x optical zoom capabilities. As per the pricing details, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is expected to come with a price tag around Rs. 75,950.
