Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Pink Gold Colour Variant Now Available in India

Samsung, the leading techno manufacturing and developing firm had launched a pink gold colour variant of its Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone back in April this year. Before that, the handset was only available in Black Onyx, Gold Platinum, White Pearl (not in India), and Silver Titanium colour variants. Now, the new Pink Gold colour variant of the flagship smartphone of the company has made its way to the country. Still, the giant techno firm has not made changes in the prices and will make it available with a price tag of Rs 50,900.

The company is also offering VR headset and a screen replacement warranty along with the handset, with an additional price of Rs 2,980. Samsung earlier this month has also made the Blue Coral colour variant of the smartphone available in the country. A Black Pearl colour variant of the handset has also been unveiled separately at South Korea, which have not been seen in the country. So, now the smartphone is available in Black Onyx, Blue Coral, Gold Platinum, Pink Gold, and Silver Titanium colour variants across the country.

The company, while launching the new colour variant, in its blog post said, “Pink Gold was chosen as it, like the other colours available for the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, is a natural colour that provides a sense of comfort. These hues glitter and shimmer as if illuminated from inside their glass surfaces.”

As per as specifications are concerned, the Galaxy S7 Android smartphone features a 5.5-inch Super Amoled QHD display with a resolution of 1440 X 2560 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Exynos 8890 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM. The optical part of the Dual-SIM smartphone includes 12-megapixel ‘Dual-Pixel’ rear camera along with f/1.7 aperture and smart OIS feature. A 5-megapixel front shooter is also provided by the company with a f/1.7 aperture for selfie lovers.

The GSM handset is backed up by a 3600mAh battery and gets a facility of IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. It also packs a hybrid-SIM card slot, by which user will be able to expand its memory up to 200GB or it can also be used as a second SIM card slot.
