Sony has brought a new app for its smartphone users. The app is for adding the "bokeh effect" on the captured image. It is named 'Background defocus' which is available at Goggle Play Store for downloading. Largest electronic gadgets manufacturing company has blessed its smartphones with this app which blurs the background of image and focuses on a specific object that makes the picture perfect with professional touch.

You can say that the app is a kind of imaging tool which can alter the image by blurring the background and focusing on the specific object. The app is introduced for Xperia users. For using this app, Xperia users need to access the smartphone's camera then select the Background defocus mode in camera mode option. After that, users need to be selecting the object which they want to appear in foreground. For focusing on an object, it just needs a tap of your finger on the specific object. Now click the image by simply tapping the camera button and then, the captured image will automatically adjust the level of blur and it will get the bokeh effect.

The best result will show when the object will be in the range of 15cm to 45cm from the camera. Background image should be 5 meters away from the image to get the best result. The app is compatible with Android 4.2 or its higher version.
