Sony Launches Xperia XA1 In India At Rs. 19,990: Comes With 23-MP Rear Camera

Sony, the renowned Japanese mobile maker, has launched Xperia XA1 smartphone in India with a price tag of Rs. 19,990. The handset is available to buy from all Sony centers and major electronics and smartphones retailers across the nation. The handset is available in White, Black, and Pink color variants. It must be noted that this latest launched Sony mobile was first showcased at the MWC 2017, along with the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Xperia XZs, and Xperia XA1 Ultra in Barcelona. The Xperia XA1 is the upgraded version of the Sony Xperia XA launched in 2016.

To recall, Sony Xperia XA1 smartphone features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display, packs a 3GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and offers a 2300mAh battery. The front camera is of 8-megapixel with no front flash or OIS and the rear camera sensor comprises of 23-megapixel Exmor RS image sensor with hybrid autofocus, 24mm wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture, 5x zoom, and HDR mode. The mobile operates on Android 7.0 Nougat and has been powered by a 64-bit MediaTek Helio P20 octa-core (quad-core 2.3GHz + quad core 1.6GHz) SoC coupled along with 3GB of RAM. The device has 32GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 256Gb by using a microSD card.

On the powering front, this latest Sony mobile in India has been equipped with 2300mAh battery with quick charge feature. The smartphone has been incorporated with a Qnovo Adaptive Charging technology to monitor the health of the battery and it also adjusts the charging methodology to avoid damage and to increase the lifespan of mobile's battery. Alon with this, there is also a Stamina Mode that keeps your mobile working for longer when needed, it does so by suspending some of the functions and hence extending the battery lifetime.
