Swipe Slice Dual SIM Tablet Listed on Amazon for Rs. 4,999

Swipe has introduced a brand new dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) voice calling tablet in India known as Swipe Slice. Yet it is not available on its official online store, but the device is listed on Amazon at Rs. 4,999.

The tablet includes 7 inch touchscreen display with the resolution of 800×480 pixels. It has in-built 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek MT8312 processor, coupled with 512MB of RAM. Slice has Mali 400 GPU for navigating it's graphics which runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The internal storage of Tab is 4GB and with the help of micro SD card memory, can be expanded upto 32GB. It offers 2MP rear camera, 0.3MP front-facing camera for video calling and taking self shots.

The device is powered by 3000mAh battery for providing better talk time and also facilitates the connectivity options of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, USB port, GPRS/EDGE. There is lack of 3G connectivity. The tablet will be available in different color variants like Red, Black, Blue ,White and Yellow but currently it is listed on Amazon only with Black and White color options. It also includes GPS system with voice guided navigation and is having a weight of 522 grams, which measures 108x189x10mm. The back view of the Slice has been made with the diamond pattern.

The company last announced it's Swipe MTV Slash 4X tablet in January at the price of Rs.9,999. All the specification of this tablet is almost similar to the Swipe Slice. There is only one difference that, Swipe MTV Slash 4X has 1024x600 pixels, whereas the resolution of Slice is 800×480 pixels.
