Vivo V1732BA and V1732BT Spotted on TENAA

It looks like, Vivo the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is working on two new smartphones. Two alleged Vivo smartphones with model numbers V1732BA and V1732BT have been spotted on TENAA, Chinese regulatory website along with some key specifications.

It is worth noting that most of the specifications of both smartphones are identical to each other and placed them in the mid-range category.

Both, the Vivo V1732BA and V1732BT feature a 6.22-inch display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. Both models have a 19:9 aspect ratio that means both of the smartphones will bring a display notch on the front.

Both of them are powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM. The major difference in their inbuilt storage.

The Vivo V1732BA is equipped with 64GB inbuilt storage, whereas the Vivo V1732BT is bundled with 32GB inbuilt storage. Both of the models support memory card that allows you to add more storage on the smartphone.

According to TENAA listings, it looks like both of the smartphones will feature a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera. Both of them are powered by a 3180mAh battery and run on advanced Android 8.1 Oreo.

In terms of design, Vivo smartphones with model number V1732BA and V1732BT have a metallic unibody design and U- shaped antenna can be visible in the top and bottom edges of the smartphone.

The interesting part is that both of the smartphones do not have a fingerprint scanner on the rear and front side. Vivo and Oppo, have launched various smartphones during this year without a fingerprint scanner.

They have offered face unlock instead of the physical fingerprint scanner in their latest offerings. It is anticipated that the Chinese tech giant would offer facial recognition feature in the upcoming Vivo smartphones.
