The New year is not going to be less attraction seeker for Vivo which has been the pioneer of the true bezel-less display trend last year when it came in the limelight with the launch of the Apex concept phone at MWC 2018. Even this year Vivo is going to prove itself the best amongst the Innovation based mobile companies as it has passed a tipster which claims that Vivo is gearing up to launch a new "crazy phone" and has hinted about the design in the following statement: "you have never seen a similar phone design”.
The Tipster throws a promise for the launch of a new phone that will sport a design that has come for the first time in the history of mobile phones. The Tipster shared a partial image of the set and the rest has been kept hidden such that people could imagine the rest that is hidden which would be a major attraction.
The very known Tipster Ice Universe shared two photos on Twitter which showed some parts of the Smartphone. In which one is showing the side view while the other shows a part of the back panel. But if we rely on Tipster, it claims that the new Vivo phone is internally called "The Waterdrop". The reason behind the name could be that the smartphone could be just a full edge to edge screen phone, without any notches, bezels, or physical buttons.

The device could be designed such that it has a power button or volume buttons, thus keeping the smartphone design elegant, clean, and simple.
The photos that have been shared suggest that the even merge of the back and the front portion would be smooth and seamless. There would be no jarring metal frame or antenna bands. The very elegant smooth flowy edges further suggest gesture interaction and pressure-based features integrated into the phone.
The tipster believes that the "The Waterdrop" is inspired by the cosmic detector of the novel ‘The Three-body Problem’ by Cixin Liu.
He says, "I can guarantee that you have never seen a similar phone design, this is the first time in the history of mobile phones." He also goes on to state that "this phone will subvert people's past perception of smartphones."
Vivo is supposed to be unveil something about this "crazy phone" at the MWC this year which would be most awaited.
