Windows 10 Finds a New Smartphone Supportive Associate: Alcatel

Alcatel OneTouch is one of the more popular smartphone maker company nowadays. The company is known for its low budget smartphones and fast adopting technologies.

Now, the company is moving step up to make its smartphone on the platform of Windows10.

Steve Cistulli, Alcatel OneTouch's senior vice president for North America said in a recent interview that the phone should be unveiled by the end of the year and that Alcatel OneTouch is supportive of the Windows ecosystem, but he did not reveal further information.

The newly build smartphone by Alcatel OneTouch is dubbed as Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL that will come with a combination of mid-range and entry level specs.

OneTouch Fierce XL features a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 720*1280 pixels of resolution and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset with a 1.1GHz quad-core processor. It is equiped with 2GB of RAM and have internal storage of 16GB space.

The handset might come with 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera and the device is said to be 4G LTE compatible.
