The Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is expected to unveil it's flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 6 in the first quarter of 2017. A new leak has surfaced online that shows the AnTuTu benchmark report for a Xiaomi Mi 6 prototype. AnTuTu benchmark report for a 'prototype' Mi 6 has been shared by a Weibo user, where it's said to have got a record score of 210,329. It must be noted that an earlier leak had suggested that Xiaomi Mi 6 will be launched on February 6 with sales starting in March.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 is rumored to come with a 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, which was unveiled at CES 2017 last week and is Qualcomm's most efficient processor till date. If the Weibo user's claim is to believe, the AnTuTu score for Xiaomi Mi 6 (210,329), is much higher than of the record score of 183,106 of iPhone 7 Plus. Talking only about Android phones, the Snapdragon 821-powered OnePlus 3T has been the record holder so far, with a score of 163,578. It must be noted that the AnTuTu benchmark scores don't necessarily ensure a smartphone's real world performance.

As we know that the Qualcomm took the center stage at the ongoing CES 2017 trade show to announce that the Snapdragon 835 is built on the 10nm FinFET fabrication process by Samsung, and is capable of delivering 27 percent more performance and at the same time it consumes 40 percent less power than the Snapdragon 821. "The combination of the CPU, GPU, DSP and software framework support in the Snapdragon 835 offers a highly-capable heterogeneous compute platform," the company said in a release.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to be offered in 128GB and 256GB storage variants and could be made available in Black, White, and Blue color options. The device is also rumored to come with a dual-tone design similar to the iPhone 5s in which the camera with dual-LED flash could be situated at the top right corner of the handset.
