Launched in India, Xiaomi’s Redmi K20 and K20 Pro - Interesting Features In Great Deals

Since 2015, Xiaomi is constantly setting benchmarks for other mobile companies on the grounds of Indian Mobile Market. Following its protocols, Xiaomi has recently launched Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in India. In the launch event in New Delhi, Xiaomi announced that Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro will be on the catalog for purchase from July 22 in India.

Both the K20 series handsets are in the limelight because of the features such as a 3D four curved large arc body with new Aura Prime design, 6.39 inch full HD+ AMOLED display, a pop-up selfie module, 27W fast charging support and octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC.

Before entering the premises of the country, in May both the Redmi phones were revealed in China.

To be noted: Both the variants have similar connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In the core, they have a 4,000mAh battery that supports 27W fast charging tech. The only difference between the two variants is Redmi K20 supports 18W fast charging and Redmi K20 Pro supports 18W charging and also 27W SonicCharge Charging.

Price and Launch Offers locked for Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro

On air in the market from 22 July 12 noon onwards, both the handsets will be available for purchase initially on Flipkart, Mi and Mi home stores.

The value sealed for Redmi K20 in India is 21,999 for 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant and Rs. 23,999 for 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. On the contrary, Redmi K20 Pro comes in Rs. 27,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and Rs. 30,999 for 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The handsets will also be on the catalogues of offline Mi partner stores.

Apart from introducing Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in the launch event in New Delhi, they also announced the arrival of Redmi K20 signature edition in India worth Rs. 4,80,000. Limited of 20 units are available of Redmi signature edition for sale.

Xiaomi has chosen three radiant colors for the duo, namely Flame Red, Carbon Black, and Glacier Blue. The customers of Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 pro will get the 18W fast charger packed with the smartphones.

Redmi K20 - Design and Features

Powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC, the handset runs on Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 and flaunts a 6.39-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 91.9 percent screen-to-body ratio. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner, much in demand these days. The phone comes in two variants, 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage.

For picture-perfect shots, Redmi K20 owns a triple rear camera composition with a 48-megapixel primary Sony IMX582 sensor, 13-megapixel secondary sensor with a wide-angle lens and 8-megapixel tertiary sensor. To please selfie-obsessed group, the phone has a 20-megapixel pop-up selfie camera.
