Xolo added a new member in the family of smartphones by launching Xolo Era. This phone will be available with a price tag of INR 4444. The registration for this phone will start on Thursday and it will only be available in Black color variant. According to the Facebook post, updated by the company, this handset will be exclusively available on Snapdeal.

Digging out the specifications, it is an Android 4.4 Kitkat based gadget with dual-SIM capability. The phone will support 5-inch IPS display with FWVGA (480x854 pixels). 1.2 GHz processor is embedded in this mobile which is supplemented with 1GB RAM. In terms of internal storage, 8GB space is provided which can further be enhanced upto 32GB by using microSD card. 2MP front shooter and 8MP rear camera with auto-focus feature and LED availability makes it a good option to buy in low budget range. 2100mAh battery powers this smartphone.

Moving onto its connectivity options, Xolo Era include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, Micro-USB 2.0, USB-OTG and GPS/ A-GPS. As per the listing details, this handset will be boxed with an USB-OTG cable and a back cover. According to the information, Xolo will launch its sub-brand "Black" on Friday. Xolo is planning to sell its Xolo Black smartphones only through the online website Flipkart.
