The homegrown mobile manufacturer Xolo has cut the ribbon from its another wallet-friendly smartphone, named Q1001. Company has listed the smartphone with a price tag of Rs. 6,199 while Snapdeal is selling this smartphone at the reduced price of Rs. 5,789.
Xolo Q1001 features a 5-inch IPS display that offers FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution with pixel density of 196ppi. Taking the power from MediaTek’s MTK6582M 1.3GHz quad-core processor, this smartphone enhances the performance capability. For enhanced graphics result and multitasking experience, the phone offers Mali-400 MP2 GPU and 512MB of RAM.
This smartphone supports dual SIM and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat platform. On imaging front, the handset bears a 5-megapixel camera on rear panel with LED flash. A 0.3-megapixel front shooter is also on-board for video calling and selfie purpose. It is coupled with 4GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card upto 32GB.
It comes loaded with few connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth 4.0. Xolo Q1001 is capable in delivering upto 12 hours of talk time on 3G and upto 22 hours of talk time on 2G network, thanks to its 2000mAh battery which helps to make it happen.
