Yu Unveiled YU5200 Smartphone With 3GB RAM Soon

Yu, the India-based consumer electronics brand and a joint venture of Micromax Informatics Limited might be importing a mid-range 4G smartphone YU5200 to India soon.

As per the leaked reports, the dual SIM enabled handset YU 5200 will feature a 5.2-inch screen and will be powered by a 1.6GHz Octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor coupled with Adreno 405GPU. The phone will be expected to run on Android 5.1 based Lollipop operating system out of the box.

For the storage, the smartphone includes 16GB of native storage, that can be further expandable via microSD card slot expansion. On the photography section, it will feature a 13-megapixel camera at the rear end with LED flash and a support of 1080p video recording along with a 5-megapixel front facing camera.

In terms of connectivity, the phone will say to support 4G LTE/3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS, as per the report states.

It is expected that, the p[rice of the YU 5200 to be under the range of Rs. 10,000, as it has been imported to India at Rs. 9,036.

Yu Launched Yu Yutopia Back in 2015

Earlier in 2015, YU Televentures has launched its high-end smartphone dubbed as Yu Yutopia at a price tag of Rs. 24,999. As for the specifications, the handset features a 5.2-inch display having a resolution of 2560*1440 pixels with a pixel density of 565ppi.

Yutopia With 21-MP Rear Camera Enhanced Byt Sony IMX 230 Sensor

The Yutopia is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor coupled with 4GB of DdR4 RAM and Adreno 430 GPU. It has the internal storage of 32GB, that can be further expandable via microSD card slot expansion.

For the photography, it is loaded with a 21-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, phase detect AF and OIS, 4K recording at 60fps along with 8MP front facing camera. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery with the support of Quick Charge 2.0 technology by Qualcomm.
