Zen Cinemax 2 Plus Smartphone Launched with SOS Calling at Rs 3,777

Zen Mobile, the Indian smartphone manufacturing firm has now upgraded its portfolio of Cinemax series by launching a new smartphone dubbed as Zen Cinemax 2 Plus. The SOS calling feature is believed to be the main highlight of the handset, by which a user will be able to send his/her location details to 5 selected contacts in case of any emergency.

The Android smartphone features a 5.5-inch FWVGA IPS display of resolution 480X854 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The handset is blessed with an inbuilt storage capacity of 8GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

The optical part of the GSM-based handset Packs a 5-megapixel rear camera with a flash module and autofocus feature and a 3.2-megapixel front camera is also provided by the company for selfie lovers. The Dual-SIM handset is backed up by a 2900mAh battery and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Connectivity options of the device include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G, FM radio, 3.5mm Jack, and a USB port. The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus smartphone comes with an accelerometer and a proximity sensor and is available priced at Rs 3,777 exclusively via ShopClues.
