Acer Launched Chromebook 11 C771 Laptop with 11.6-inch Display

Acer, Taiwan based Electronic Manufacturing Firm has launched new Chromebook 11 C771 laptop. It will be available in both - touchscreen and non- touch screen variants for school and companies. The company claims that this is the first Chromebook that comes up with sixth-gen Intel Core and Celeron processors and has a battery that lasts for 13 hours per charge. The Chromebook 11 C771 laptop sports a 11.6-inch IPS Display along with a screen resolution of 768x1366 pixels.

From the connectivity options the Acer Chromebook 11 C771 laptop offers USB-C port for data, two USB 3.0 ports, 3.5mm audio port, a microSD card slot and one HDMI port. The laptop also supports fast dual-band 2x2 MIMO 802.11ac/a/b/g/n Wi-Fi. The laptop weighs just 1.35Kg and 21mm thick. The company especifically targeted school going students desiring for a portable, durable and more powerful laptop that won't break easily.

While talking about the laptop durability, Acer said in release event, "The Chromebook is compliant with the stringent Military Standard US MIL-STD 810G that validates its ruggedness, durability and quality. In addition, the corner-shield structure and rubber bumpers surrounding the display and keyboard further protect the Chromebook, so it can tolerate drops from heights up to 48 inches (122cm)”
