Canon Releases EOS M100 With 24MP Sensor and Dual Pixel Autofocus

Canon has launched their upgraded EOS M10 mirrorless interchangeable lens camera with the introduction of the EOS M100. The new camera brings other improvement factors like - boost in terms of higher resolution factor, slightly improved video capabilities, better autofocus. The camera will be available in two color variants - Black and White from October at the retail price of $599.99 (approximately Rs. 40,700). The other s i.e. EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens and EF-M 55-200mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM lens will be made available for $949.99 (approximately Rs. 64,600).

The EOS M100 features a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and Canon’s DIGIC 7 image processor which is the faster processor, which helps you to shoot 4fps burst photos. Video recording also get a slight boost with other features includes ISO range 100-25,600, in-camera RAW conversion, self-portrait mode. For autofocus, the M100 gets Canon’s Dual Pixel autofocus for quick focus transfer for shooting video. For connecting the camera to your smartphone there is built-in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC.
