It has been listed on a Japanese crowdfunding site: Makuake along with a target of 1 million Yen that is roughly $8,400. Diving into this remarkable e-ink watch, which combines 24 stunning transforming patterns in its shell and it allows the wearer to change the design by simply touching a button. Interestingly, along with face motif, gadget can also rearrange its upper and lower strap forms according to user's choice within a few seconds.

To remind you, E-ink has been used by Amazon in its Kindle e-reader range. And, many leading brands like LG and Sony is also working on this display technology. But, why eReader manufacturers are adopting this E-ink? So, it is basically a paper like display that has been boasted for lower power consumption in compare to traditional LCD and LED screens.

Additionally, these screens are easier on eyes because images as well as text could be read in direct sunlight with clarity. Apart from display, watch has claimed to confer 2 months battery lifespan on a single charge. Unfortunately, FES isn't exactly a smartwatch in the purest sense because it is not able to notify for messages or phone calls.

But, damn cool and state-of-the-art texture makes the gadget truly peerless and different from  currently available wearable devices and it might grab the heed of fashion-conscious folks. Moreover, device has been speculated to go on sale with a price tag of $170, but we are yet to hear some official words regarding availability.
