A year ago, LinkedIn patched up its mobile application in the wake of confronting substantial feedback for poor configuration and users experience. To extend their user base, social networking giants including Facebook Inc and Twitter Inc have also dispatched "lite" adaptations of their services, which devour less data. LinkedIn propelled two more services on Monday - LinkedIn Placements is for students searching for employments while LinkedIn Starter Pack will associate startups and small and medium businesses with job seekers.

It must be noted that the organization has more than 37 million users in India, making the nation its second greatest business sector. Microsoft consented to purchase LinkedIn in June for $26.2 billion.
