LG Service Center, Behind Aditya Shagun Mall, Pune

There was water leakage issue from the split AC and they were assigned by LG to service my AC. The guy named Omkar came and said due to some insect water is leaking and charged 632 Rs. He gave 6 months of warranty. To my horror within 2 days the problem appeared again and I called him for 2 weeks he gave false promises to visit but he never came. Such a poor service and I had to call LG again and request them to log my request again and dont assign Cool Care Services to me now. Lets see when this issue is going to solve now.

Horrible experience of LG Split AC installation by Cool Care technicians . The person did not know anything about installation . He broke indoor unit locking system . did not know how to do wiring of outdoor unit . He took 7 hours 9 30 AM to 4 30 PM to do the installation. My entire unit is messed up and not working . Just purchased 40K split AC and it is more than 2 weeks with no resolution . horrible experience

Worst worst worst Never take the service from here.they will loot you.and another thing the technician charged 4500 for fabricated AC rack which comes for 2500 max because they have commission in it .even in the ppl they bring for core cutting keep a watch because even for the making hole in brick they will tell u that they have used core cutting machine again they will loot you.they have there team and they work on the motive of mil bat ke khao and another thing check the prices and quantities they used take the measurement of materials used and the rates behind the bill.I suggest u to take the bill.rating according to me is zero

Cool care services is the worst service provider in the world . Their technicians are more concerned in money rather than good services .the technician charged double the amount of fabricated rack for outdoor unit .and i had only one beam which had to cut and he drilled twice and asking for two beams drilled money but one was wall and other was beam .and for extra copper pipe he charged double the rate and even for other materials he charged extra . So better consumers never take service from then and if you take beaware .

We purchased 2 nos.1 ton LG split units with RNP 170330011407 and 11604 and were delivered on 30.3.We recd calls from LG Mumbai enquiring if installation has been done.Can u pl.tell us when u plan to install them.We live opp ezone in Kothrud. Mr Sunil called us a couple of days ago and infpormed us to expect a call from technician. We have not recd any.I understand your no response on mobile....Pl.give us a date and aname of the vendor who is installing.

Polite staff and technicians Cool care official Mr. Mahavir and technician Sohail who came to do the general servicing of my spilt LG condition did a good and proper job. LG should maintain its reputation by having such good service centers.
