I had a very bad experience from fairdeal Moters Jammu. The service center at jammu is very worst. I am also a Tata employee. I know the brand Tata. I have trust on tata. But due to some people casual behavior towards their work spoils the brand name. I have Tata taigo xt white colour car. This time the case was accidental. After repairing my brother in law took the delivery of car. Today I checked that in the tool kit one nut opner is missing. And one fog light is working and another is not working. Car cleaning is very bad. This is my third time bad experience with fairdeal Moters. Request you to please verify the matter and take strict action.Otherwise I will write to the higher authorities of Tata Moters.
