As per your call for picking up car from service station, after keeping you approximately for 20 day still the car are not working properly. We are totally dissatisfied with your services and we doubt efficiency of workshop people even after taking regular feedback & as per Mr Rustam our car was kept in observation for a week. When the person checked the Car he found that Car is not repaired and the new problems created during repairing. Car has been dented due to accident, Fog Lamps is changed but water is found in Fog Lamps, Wheel Alignment is not proper and reverse censor is not working. Even after they have changed New Fog Lamps still water was still in Lamps, that means they have not changed and the other thing they told us the Reverse Censor one part is missing so it is not working properly and they have changed but problem is not solved after changing. We have already told to them that part is missing at your end because it’s working when we gave you. We would like to know what you were doing with car while you have kept in observation. Were you all using it personally or making a fool of a customer that we are observing your car this, you are just selling your product by making a customer fool. We fail to understand even after giving you regular feedback of dissatisfaction you are not paying any heed to our complaint. I think you are least considered of your customer and your senior staff is the same, we are realizing even your senior staff is equally involved with you otherwise is very surprising that they are not responding. Previously they have burst the Fluence Car tyre and not ready to accept. They have changed the Fluence Car battery but no proof was given. When the Pulse car engine was ceased they have not charged any amount due to they have burn the engine at the time of repairing. All these instances show that the company is not interested to provide the service. They are interested to sell the product only. They are selling the defective cars in India and charge the amount when they go for Service. I had request to the Company to take both the cars and refund the money. But they have not considered. So I request to people not to buy Renault Cars. They will find themselves cheated after purchasing as I have. Thanks & Regards
