2016 revitalized KTM RC 390 May Launch in Next Month

The Indo-Austrian bike manufacturer, KTM recently showcased its revitalized RC 390 at 2015 EICMA motorcycle show that was held in Milan, Italy.  The new RC 390 has adopted features from its track oriented version- Moto3. The features that benefit the 2016 RC 390 are as a sizable front disc brake (320mm), slipper clutch, switchable ABS, Ride-by-wire technology, adjustable front brake, clutch lever and a whole new aluminum exhaust that will fulfill the Euro 4 emission norms.

It is expected that the motorcycle will go on sell by the next month. Furthermore, the renovated RC 390's brakes will be developed in cooperation with the renowned brake manufacturing company, Brembo. The motorcycle has been manufactured in Bajaj's manufacturing unit in Pune.

Cosmetically, the design and body detailing of the new KTM RC 390 will be same to its foregoing model. While mechanically, the motorcycle gets the propelling power by the same 373.2cc liquid cooled, single-cylinder engine. The fuel injection system helps in generation of power of 43.5 PS at 9,000 RPM and torque of 35 Nm at 7,000 RPM. The motor is mated to a six-speed transmission. Moreover, the suspension duties have been performed by its front WP upside down forks and rear monoshock suspension.

The official price for the upcoming KTM RC 390 is unknown, a subtle hike of approx 15,000-30,000 is possible for the current version price.
