A left-hand drive variant of the big sized SUV Audi SQ7 has been spotted completely undisguised undergoes testing in India. The Audi SQ7 is built around the MLB-Evo Muli material platform and is the most powerful performance SUV in the world.
The SQ7 comes fitted with a new powerful 4.0-litre TDI diesel motor.
The engine develops a massive power of 435 PS and an immense torque of 900 Nm. Further, the power is transmitted to the all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission. The outputs thrust the car from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.6 seconds and the car is capable of hitting an electronically limited top speed of 250 kmph.
Exterior details of the SUV include a new hexagonal shaped chrome grille at the front which is complemented by the headlamps. The bonnet will also be lowered in order to enhance the aggressiveness and bolder appearance of the SQ7 SUV. Sleek shoulder line and flared arches wheels are further added the sports appeal to the car while quadrilateral shaped exhaust pipes at the rear complete the design profile of the car.
Inside the cabin, the center of attraction is the large 10.1-inch smart infotainment display which comes with Android and iOS auto connectivity and can be operated at ease from the rear seat occupants as well.
However, the testing of SQ7 doesn't hint its imminent launch in the country any time soon. According to a report on an auto news channel, VW official stated that it is being done as a global exercise to gather as varied data as possible which helps the group to deliver better cars.
