Bajaj Auto has increased the price of its Adventurer Sport model- AS200 by Rs 2,002. The motorcycle was launched back in April this year at Rs 91,550 (Ex. Showroom Delhi) in the domestic market. During the time of launching, the company has already announced that the price at which they are offering both the models are introductory. And, now the AS200 will be sold in the domestic market with an updated price tag of Rs 93,552 (Ex. Showroom Delhi). The festive season is on the head, and the company is already going in the right direction, in terms of sales. The company has already hiked the price of its flagship fully faired motorcycle- Pulsar RS200 by the same price.
Apart from the Pulsar AS200 and RS200, the company has not touched the price tag of AS150 as the Pulsar AS150 being sold at the same price tag of Rs. 79,000 (Ex. Showroom, Delhi). Furthermore, the Pulsar AS200 is powered by a single-cylinder, liquid cooled and DTS-i motor, carrying an engine displacement of 199.5cc. In order to achieve impressive power and torque, the company has blessed the motor with Triple-Spark Technology. The 199.5cc motor returns 23.5 PS of power at 9500 RPM and 18.5 Nm of torque at 8000 RPM.

The AS200 is featured with 280mm front disc brake and a 230mm rear disc brake that provide excellent braking experience. The installation of front telescopic suspension and rear mono-shock absorber make the handling ability very comfortable. Furthermore, the quarter-litre motorcycle is featured with projector headlamp, high-raised handlebar, windscreen and perimeter frame.
