BMW 750d xDrive Revealed Quad 3.0-litre Turbo Diesel Engine

The renowned German automaker BMW has revealed a new powerful engine, which is going to be added to its 7-series range car the 750d. It will now get powered by a 3.0-litre in-line six cylinder diesel engine along with four turbochargers.

Pursuing the detailed information, the engine will generate a huge power of 400 PS at 4,400 rpm along with a massive torque of 760 Nm between a range of 2,000 to 3,000 rpm. Accompanied with an 8-speed automatic gearbox, the engine will send the power at all the four corners.

When it comes to performance the car will leave you astound by making 0-100 in just 4.6 seconds as well as surprise you with a top speed of 250 kmph. Along with the performance, the carmaker has also claimed to better fuel efficient. It is said to consume about 5.7 litres/100 km in the normal 750d and around 5.9 litres/100 km in the 750 Ld (long-wheelbase).
