The next generation Chevrolet Cruze, which was revealed at the Auto China 2014 festival in April created quite a buzz with its looks and design. However, the company did not disclose the interior features of the car, but now the information is out and let me tell you guys, the interiors are dam to awesome in a car that ranges in the Chevrolet Cruze price list. The base of the interiors is same as the previous Cruze, that is, a double cockpit type which has been taken from the cars like the Corvette and Camaro.
The car has a new 3-spoke multifunction leather wrapped steering wheel, instrument cluster with blue headlights, hand-made leather seats and dashboard, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, with voice and bluetooth control. The car has been optimized for the larger space area too, which I guess the best inside feature of this car. The engine of Cruze offer two options, viz 1.4 Litre turbocharged and a natural breather 1.5 Litre power mill. The transmission also have choice with 6-speed manual, 6-speed AMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
The next generation Chevrolet Cruze will be launched in China first with all the above specifications, and as far as the Indian counterpart is concerned, then there is no possibility of seeing this vehicle on the road before a couple of years or so. However, the cars like the Audi A3, Porsche Macan and Mini Copper will be making their way to India sometime during the year.
