Demonetization Effect: Car Companies Offering Flat Discounts Up to 2 Lakh

After the closure of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, the automobile sector is having an adverse impact. Inventory companies and used car dealers say that not much stock can be mounted long. The low margins may force to clear stock as soon as possible. In addition, cash discounts to customers on behalf of companies and other exchanges and financial offers are being stated. 2016 is coming to an end and such stock purchases will be in 2017. The valuation price of the cars belonging to the model year 2015 and 2016 will be reduced because it will be 1 year old.

  • Santa Fe: Discount of up to Rs 2 lakh

Maruti Suzuki on behalf of customers having exchange bonus and discounts on selected models. Maruti Ertiga and Celerio are given a discount of Rs. 70 thousand each.

Honda customers during the month of November also offered discounts on all of its models. Offers presented by the company will continue till November 30, 2016.
