DSK Benelli to Uncover a New Cluster of Two-Wheels by 2016

The Italian arm of the Qianjiang Group has some bigger plans for the Indian rookie riders. The DSK-Benelli has entered in the Indian boundaries in the month of March, 2015. Initially, the firm has come-up with five enchanting products; TNT 300, TNT 600i, TNT 600GT, TNT 899 and TNT R. The TNT R was previously known as the TNT 1130 and being the segment ruler, it traits a perfect eye-catching looks. By having collaboration with the DSK Motowheels, the Benelli has showered five spectacular sports motorcycles over the Indian tarmac.

Talking about the company's future plans, a quarter-liter sports motorcycle seems to be the next in the row of upcoming motorcycles in India, probably named as TNT 25. Expected to be powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder motor, it would be capable to pump out a churning power of 24.5 BHP. The TNT 25 would build around a trellis steel frame. If introduced, the DSK-Benelli TNT 25 would be the smallest engines sports motorcycles offering from the Italian two-wheeler maker.

Moving towards the future plans of the DSK-Benelli, it is agitatedly planning to expand its Indian line-up in the coming year, 2016. The next anticipated offering would be from the same Qianjiang group, but from the Benelli's sibling, DSK-Keeway. The Blackster cruiser would be the most expected product making its way towards the country. Mechanically, it is featuring a quarter-liter engine, V-Twin motor configuration accompanied with a fuel-injection system. The 249cc displaced engine is tuned to deliver a maximum power of 17.3 BHP and 17.6 Nm of peak torque; while mated to a 5-speed transmission.

However, the upcoming and planned motorcycles, which would be making their way in the year 2016, are expected to be a full-faired or semi-faired version of the TNT 300. Other requisite models would be a 500cc displaced V-Twin Adventure motorcycle and a 750cc displaced twin-cylinder motorcycle; which would be designed over a new platform. As, they are already being scheduled for the 2016 launch, we might get a chance to have a look at them at the EICMA, 2015.
