To enhance customer service and to provide genuine retail parts of the brand, Ford India has appointed JP Auto Zone as the official distributor in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The facility will be allocated at 15-4-238/239, AP House, Gowliguda Chaman in Hyderabad.
Along with JP Auto Zone, Ford has eight exclusive distributor unit to provide genuine parts and components to authorized retail merchants and independent repair shops in India. The distributors network is spread across cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Kolkata, etc. As per the reports, the brand has been also planning to spread out its distribution unit in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and West Bengal later on.
Mr. N Prabhu, Vice President, Ford Customer service operations, Ford India said, “Besides ramping up our sales and service network, Ford is focused on ensuring easy availability of Ford Genuine Spare parts across the country, which will guarantee continued quality, safety and convenience to our consumers.”
He added further, “We are transforming the Ford brand in India and ensuring that our customers continue to enjoy unmatched experience throughout the ownership cycle of their Ford car.”
All the retail dealerships are dedicated to provide full-fledged service to the valued customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. The company will provide major friendly services like Road-side assistance, Mobile Service Vans, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Vehicle complete diagnosis, and the Happy Pocket Service. The services can be availed at a nominal cost of INR Rs. 2,199.
