Gujarat Police Will be Escorted by H-D Street 750 and SuperLow

You must have seen some cops riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and cruisers in major cities and countries, such as Dubai, US, UK, etc. Well, moreover, to that, the Dubai police has received Bugatti Veyron Super cars to catch the villainous people. Now, how about this if I'll tell you that the Gujarat Police is also receiving these cruiser motorcycles pretty soon. Nothing is certain yet, as we haven't gone through any official announcement, but believing the revealed pictures, the Gujarat Police is expected to receive Harley-Davidson Street 750 and SuperLow as well. However, if this will happen, India will become the 46th country using Harley-Davidson Police motorcycles.

As of now, we have been watching normal people riding the H-D cruiser motorcycles. But, from the starting of the coming year, 2015, the Gujarat Police will also be joining the Harley-Davidson crowd. The cops of Gujarat will soon be seen riding the Harley-Davidson Street 750 and SuperLow. In the revealed images, the fuel tanks of both the motorcycles are being painted in white color. They have come-up with additional helpful accessories too, such as a wireless communicator, a police siren, warning lights and many other things.

Harley-Davidson Street 750

Technically, the H-D Street 750 is powered by the inherited liquid-cooled, Revolution X V-Twin configuration carrying an engine displacement of 749cc. And, the H-D SuperLow gets its power from an air-cooled Evolution motor having an engine displacement of 883cc. The noticeable part is that both these motorcycles will be offered to senior designation people and VIP escorts.

The American motorcycle manufacturer has launched the H-D Street 750 in the middle of the fiscal year, 2014. It has carried the minimal price tag of Rs 4.30 Lacs and making itself the most affordable H-D cruiser motorcycle in the Indian market. Besides all these, the top cherry over the cake is that the H-D Street 750 is also crowned as Indian Motorcycle Of The Year, 2014 (IMOTY).
