Honda to Launch 2015 Jazz at the Geneva Motor Show, India to Follow Soon

As the Geneva Motor Show is coming near to its launch on March 5th, manufacturers are making more efforts to make sure that they get enough attention before the show. The latest addition to the already prolonged list of runabouts coming at Geneva will also be showing the latest version of Honda Jazz hatchback which also be launched in India soon after it is revealed at the event next month. This new version is much-anticipated in India as the market is very much in good condition for the car launches, whether it's luxury or not.

Talking about the engine specifications, the European version of the car is expected to get the 1.3 Litre I-VTEC engine which is expected to deliver 102 PS power @ 6000 rpm and is mated to 6-speed manual transmission or semi-automatic CVT transmission as well. There also are reports that a hybrid version might come to the light which will feature 1.5 Lite I-VTEC engine and electric motor to churn out the total power of 130 PS. However, in the Indian market, the car is supposed to get a new 1.4 Lite I-DTEC turbocharged diesel engine.

The new hatch has been enlarged with bigger boot space of 354 Litres and 884 Litre with rear seats down. It also has 30 mm longer wheelbase too. Alongside this, these isn't much information revealed, but there would be new seats for better drive and new suspension system as well.
