South Korea's leading automobile manufacturer Hyundai has already its roots cemented in Indian market with its small cars Grand i10 and i20. The company is also famous is making compact sedans like Xcent launched a few months back. Now, the company has soared to new heights with its new hatchback car Elite i20 launched 4 months back. Hyundai has sold over 10,000 units of this Elite i20 hatchback car in the past month of November, making it the most selling car of the company, monthly though. The automaker is also planning to launch the crossover version of the car by the end of the year as the crossover market is getting popular in the country very swiftly.
The Elite i20 has also been booked by over 55,000 customers since its launch 4 months back and over 10 Lac inquires have been registered about it. Now that is really something very inspiring for a manufacturer. Talking about the car, Elite i20 comes in both petrol and diesel with engine capacity of 1.2 Litre and 1.4 Litre respectively. It also offers a healthy mileage of around 18 km/l for petrol and almost 22 km/l for diesel fuel version.
Hyundai sells this car through its more than 400 dealers across the country and offers the best-in-industry after sales service with its 1000 service centers. The car surely becoming a big threat to the other small cars like Punto Evo and Volkswagen Polo in the same range of price.
