Is it Yamaha MT-09x or FJ-09 Sports Touring?

In the month of June, Yamaha had revealed a three-cylinder motorcycle, named as Yamaha MT-09. A new street tracker has joined the big brothers of the MT Series family. The MT-09 was first showcased in the autumn of 2013 during a Fighter Styled Street Rally. The golden metallic colored telescopic front forks along with a combination of matt black could be the most appealing part for any rider.

Recently, some 3D images of the prospective motorcycle from Yamaha are seeing over various other websites. Taking rumors seriously, the company is planning to introduce a sport-tourer motorcycle. The upcoming motorcycle seems to be based upon the lastly launched Yamaha MT-09 Street Tracker from the MT-Series. The 3D exposition images are more likely to be the patent images of this motorcycle.

The manufacturer hasn't officially revealed the name of the motorcycle, but it could be christened as Yamaha MT-09x or Yamaha FJ-09. Talking about the technical specifications, the MT-09 Street Tracker has given an impression to this upcoming motorcycle. The 3D design reveals that the motorcycle will be built around the same Diamond frame chassis, also featuring three-cylinder engine, exhaust tail and swing-arm. The half-covered fairing of the motorcycle and a huge visor at the front gives this bike a new and refresh look. The company would introduce longer suspension in the motorcycle, which will get tuned to provide more comfortable ride while riding on the highways, as the most recent motorcycle comes under the sports-tourer genre.

The stepped-cum-split couch adjusted with higher handlebars and guard handles clearly vindicates the dual-purpose touring of the motorcycle. The manufacturer had scheduled it for the 2015 line-up.
