Isuzu Announces Prices Hikes Across its Commercial Vehicles from April 1, 2019

Recently, Isuzu Motors India has decided to boost the prices of D-Max Regular Cab and D-Max S-Cab commercial vehicles from April 1. 2019. The price hike decision from Isuzu will result in a two per cent hike in the ex-showroom price of its commercial vehicles.

The Japanese car maker quoted increasing input and distribution costs as the primary reason for price hikes. Currently, Isuzu Motors sells an MU-X full-size SUV, and D-Max V-Cross lifestyle pick-up truck in India through 29 different dealerships.

The decision was largely expected as two other popular homegrown automobile manufacturers-Tata and Mahindra in India have also announced a price hike across all their vehicles.

Well, those who are a bit unfamiliar with auto space, it is a general practice of automobile manufacturers to boost the prices of their product at the end of a particular financial year in India.
