Italia Independent, the company and retail store chain for the best Made in Italy glasses and clothes, in association with a three year partnership with Ducati, unveiled its first collaborative product, Limited Edition Ducati Scrambler Italia Independent, at Art Basel exhibition in Miami. The offering has got its theme marked by the iconic motorcycle made in Bologna, "Land Of Joy".
The cafe-racer inspired limited edition Scrambler has got an impressive design segment, which includes details such as the engine painted in all black with brushed cylinder head fins and recognizable machining, a black full exhaust with Termignoni silencer, small handlebars and aluminium mirrors mounted at the rear end. An all new different color, Night Copper, has been introduced specifically for this edition for the front mudguard, nose fairing, frame and wheels. The sporty tank engraves the Italia independent logo on both the sides as well as on the firm leather seat.
Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding in a company press release, stated,“ In these days in Miami we have been celebrating art and design, the ideal setting to present the first limited edition of the new Ducati Scrambler and a brand new eyewear collection, the first tangible result of our partnership with Italia Independent”.
Further, he continued in the same press release," Art Basel has a certain charm which makes the launch of this all-Italian partnership even more special. Style and technology, heritage and innovation, but more than anything else cohesion and synergy between the two teams, consisting of men and women working together, are the true strength of our two companies and the key to success for this collaboration”.
Italia Independent, as a part of the deal with Ducati, will complete its combo pack by releasing a range of sunglasses to accompany the new cafe-racer.
