Kawasaki Sort Outs SNK Dealership's Cheating Issue; Delivers Bikes To Owners

India Kawasaki Motor is now having a sigh of relief, as the subsidiary has managed to clear up the mess materialized in the form of cheating of not delivering bikes after getting paid, to their potential owners on the promised date. Ultimately, after an almost a year duration, the Japanese two wheeler maker has called up the Mumbai-based buyers to Pune and handed over all the 13 motorcycles in the course at a specially organised event. Obviously, it will be the pleasant moment for the affected customers, who were waiting to get on their desired tourers after making a payment in the vicinity of 8-16 lakh.

Well, it is being considered as one of the most controversial matter in the Kawasaki’s Indian history. Firstly, it came into observance, when the beleaguered customers took a legal action against the Kawasaki’s Navi Mumbai-based SKN Palm Beach dealership. Owing to not making deliveries of the bikes on time, beside being fulfilled all payment formalities.

By seeing this and to recover its defamed goodwill with this shameful incident, Kawasaki took an immediate action by sending a legal notice to the dealer to handle the matter as soon as possible. The notice says, either delivered all the 13 motorcycles or return the payment with interest to the customers by 31 August this year.

The trader not being able to do the same and finally, in a public notice Kawasaki announced the cancellation of SNK Palm Beach dealership on September 2, 2016. Considering financial irregularities and not to serve customers well on its end. The customers are also suggested not to deal with the said dealer.

So after passing that much ups and down, the green giant handed over the said 13 motorcycles including nine Z800's, two ZX10R's, one Ninja 1000 and one Versys 1000, to their prospective owner at the specially held event in Pune. Moreover, the company has moved its customers temporarily to Surat and Pune dealerships and promises to announce a new outlet in Mumbai soon in the near future.
