Keeway will be the Next Partner of DSK Motowheels

After introducing two international motorcycle brands in India, the DSK Motowheels is now planning to bring a Chinese two-wheeler maker towards the Indian shores. The Pune based DSK Motowheels had previously tied-up with Hyosung and recently come-up with another joint collaboration with a UK based Italian motorcycle manufacturer, named as Benelli. Both the brands have carried a wide range of products for their Indian portfolio. The minimal engine displacement range offered by both the brands is 250cc. Now, the announcement of the third collaboration of the DSK Motowheels includes a Chinese two-wheeler maker named as Keeway.

The point which has to be noticed is that the Benelli and Keeway, both come under the Qianjiang Group based in China. But, the Benelli and Keeway don't seem to have any relationship in between them. The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has come-up with total 5 products for Indian portfolio. The products are TNT 302, TNT 600i, TNT 600GT, TNT 899 and TNT 1130R; all these motorcycles come under sports and Supersports category.

Moving towards the Keeway motorcycle brand, it also covers a wide range of cruisers and sports motorcycles, scooters and ATV's carrying an engine displacement starting from 50cc and goes up to 600cc. The firm is planning to open its account with its Blackster cruiser motorcycle. It is powered by an air-cooled, V-Twin configuration. The 249cc displaced engine is tuned to churn out a maximum power of 19.4 BHP and achieve a peak torque of 18.7Nm.

However, we all know that the DSK Hyosung and DSK Benelli are having their own separate dealerships, showrooms and service facilities. By keeping in mind this, the Keeway is also expected to have its own set of new dealerships. Although, any kind of official announcement has not yet been made by the DSK Motowheels regarding the launch and introduction of the Keeway brand.
