KTM 690 Enduro R spotted on test; Scheduled for 2015

The KTM is one of the most furiously spreading conglomerates in the in the world. The brand has localized their plants in several regions across the world with an ingeniously assigned range of motorbikes.  Austrian's enduro series will be getting plumped with another contender. The 690 Enduro R is spotted while testing somewhere in Europe. The alleged upcoming bike will be housed with tubular steel trellis frame. The KTM CEO has also confirmed that they have plans to introduce a V-twin engine within 600cc to 800cc bracket, and chances for 690 Enduro R seem to be stronger.

The KTM 690 Enduro R is however not coming to India; rather, the European countries will be seeing its existence. The official website has been updated with this vehicle which bonds a state of the art LC4 single cylinder water cooled 690cc displacer that will churn out 67BHP of power at maximum. It also has the twin plug ignition and ride by wire system. All these together consume less fuel and it is enhanced with a balancer shaft. The service interval of the same stretches to 10,000 KM.

The front forks are arranged upside down in 250mm of travelling length and 48mm of outer ring. The safety is served by the strong steel trellis frame with high quality die cast swing arms. The brakes are also assisted with ABS for optimum stopping potential. Being an enduro, the bike won’t be seeing its scope in India due to low scope span.
