Made in India Tata Bolt, Tata Bolt Sedan Introduced in South Africa

Associated Motor Holdings Pty Ltd introduced the Tata Bolt and Tata Bolt sedan in South Africa. This car is completely manufactured in India. With both these models, the company has initialized the Horizonext product strategy.

There is not any point of doubt that with the launch of Tata bolt and zest, the company has already grabbed a good profit count. Earlier to its step in the SA market, the company made the decision in July, this year to introduce the bolt in Nepal. Manufactured on the improved model of Tata X1 platform, the Indian Indian brand has tried to introduce an improvised model amongst the people of SA. Not only this, the Indian automakers also attempted to enhance its approach in the automobile market in the country.

Both the models are assembled with 1.2-litre 4-cylinder Revotron turbo-petrol engine supplemented with Multi-point Fuel Injection (MPFi), capable to churn out the maximum power of 90 PS (66 kW) at 5,000 rpm and peak torque 140 Nm at 1,500-4,000 rpm. The duo is mated to 5-speed manual transmission. An innovative concept of Multi-Drive mode functionality has also been enriched in both the models, enabling the user to switch between ECO and CITY modes while running on wheels.

Getting into the cabin, the features that are offered includes a new steering wheel,  5-inch ConnectNext Touchscreen, dual airbags, voice command recognition, ABS with EBD, Fully Automatic Temperature Controls, SMS notification and readouts, and Corner Stability Control (CSC).
