Mahindra KUV100 Waiting Period Pushed to 2 Months

The newly arrived Mahindra KUV100 has been getting an overwhelming response lately in India. This is evident from the fact that the waiting period for the vehicle which was 2 weeks has now been pushed to 2 months. The automaker had started accepting bookings for the car from December 19, while the launch took place on January 15. In order to manage the situation, the company has made the sale available on many e-commerce platforms. It has even started accepting bookings on Flipkart and on its e-retail platform named M2ALL.

The KUV100 is available for sale in 7 variants namely- K2, K2+, K4, K4+, K6, K6+ and K8. In the lineup, the top ranging trims K6 and K8 have witnessed a high demand. On the other hand, the K2 and K2+ variants are not getting much attention. In certain cities, even the demand silver and white painted models are being preferred by the customers. In an earlier reports, the automaker had also mentioned about increasing the production capacity at the company's Chakan plant.

As of now, Mahindra & Mahindra is targeting both SUV and hatchback buyers as this vehicle reflects a blend of both styles. It is available in both petrol and diesel options with the price ranging from INR 4.42-5.91 Lacs in the former category, and from INR 5.22-6.76 Lacs in the latter one.
