Mahindra Mojo Likely to be Launched by September End

One of the most renowned automotive giants Mahindra is finally ready with the launch of its much awaited Mojo 300 cc bike. The motorcycle was premiered back in 2010 in the month of September and since then, the enthusiasts have been eagerly waiting for its arrival in the market. There have been several incidents of this two-wheeler being spotted unofficially. Moreover, the company has also hinted towards its launch many times in the past. It has been a long waiting period of 5 years and we hope there is no further delay in the launch.

The upcoming Mahindra Mojo stands on premium Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres and is fitted with several distinctive features like an upside down front suspension, dual silencer and a fuel injection system developed by Ducati. Its further carries LED daytime running lights, compact tail lamps and well-cushioned seat providing a comfortable ride to the rider. Moving on to the mechanical configuration, the bike will be powered by a 300cc, four-stroke engine that is clubbed to a six-speed transmission unit. This engine is likely to pump out a peak torque of 27 to 28 PS.

It is being speculated that the new Mojo will be launched by the end of this month at the price range of INR 1.4 to INR 1.5 Lacs. Besides this, some dealerships have reportedly started accepting the bookings in advance for this two-wheeler. At the time of its premiere, the bike didn't have any competitors in the segment but now, due to the delay in its arrival, it will have to face stiff competition from the likes of Kawasaki Ninja 300R, Honda CBR 250/300 R, etc.
