Mahindra Mojo, the testing just does not comes to an end

It was back in the year 2010, when the Mahindra two-Wheelers showcased the concept model of the upcoming 300cc motorcycle. And, then the motorcycle had participated in the Auto Expo held in the year 2012 and 2014, both. Well, it seems that the manufacturer is pretty much conscious about the 300cc motorcycle, named as Mahindra Mojo. The upcoming motorcycle has become the most rumored and spied motorcycle from past four long years. Yes, the company has been testing the upcoming motorcycle for so long.

Now, it seems that the testing of the Mahindra Mojo has finally come to an end, as the company had already given a trailer of this motorcycle to its dealerships. Moreover, the Mahindra, Indian automobile giant, has recently launched an updated version of the Centuro motorcycle, which is named as Mahindra Centuro Rockstar. The manufacturer has given enough hints for the launching event of the Mahindra Mojo, but still the story just doesn't come to an end until we would witness the happening launch of the rumored motorcycle.

Technically, the Mahindra Mojo will get its power from a four-stroke, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with an engine displacement of 295cc. The motor is capable enough to generate a total power of 28 PS @ 8000 revs and a peak torque of 25Nm @ 6500 RPM. The 295cc engine is coupled with a 6-speed transmission. In order to enhance the riding quality, the company has provided up-side down suspension at the front and monoshock at the rear. On the safety front, the Mahindra Mojo will be featuring front and rear disc brakes. The motorcycle was being spied numerous times while its testing and it is rumored that the motorcycle has touched a top speed of 148KMPH.

The 300cc motorcycle will directly be competing with the newly launched KTM RC 200, the upcoming one the Japanese giant; Honda CBR300R and the existing 300cc sport motorcycles in India. The Mahindra Mojo is expected to be priced in between Rs 1.50 Lakh to Rs 1.75 Lakh.
